After the success and good reception of their first full album, Spin Your Wheels, Texpack released their brand new release, a maxi single titled The Early Serenade,three tracks full of the finest indie rock tunes from the Bogor-based band.
The maxi single takes a lot of inspiration from personal love experience. The track “The Early Serenade” is chosen as the lead single. Another track titled “My Trumpet” is a cover from the legendary Swedish indie pop band Eggstone and has been approved by Per Sunding himself.
Tbh, this band for us a rising star with great songwriting for our local scene!

Siapa pun yang telah memutarSpin Your Wheels (2019) dan menempatkan Texpack dalam rak musik kalian (disetel sembari baca-baca majalah, minum es teh manis di kamar, atau tidur siang), rilisan kali ini semacam teropong bahwa kita punya peluang mendengar album berikut yang semakin menyenangkan.
Keputusan untuk merekam “My Trumpets” milik Eggstone di sini, mengambil pop dari 1991, memancing prediksi arah music mereka ke depan, sebagaimana lagu pembuka “The Early Serenade” langsung meredakan kerumitan hidup, mendatangkan perasaan baik-baik saja, disambung “Between 4 and 10 (Strawberry etc)”: hujan pop permai merata. Liner notes tidak perlu keriting kemana-mana. The Early Serenade keren, enak,indah.
